We are excited about our new awning and patio furniture! Can’t wait for you all to enjoy it as well.

It’s been a busy off season at Z50! We fully replaced the deck and extended it next to the building with a platform. We now have an enclosed hot water shower outside for showering off after a day at the beach!

We replaced the sliding glass door and are in the process of adding an awning on that left side. It will be perfect for rainy days relaxing on the porch and provide a shady place to watch the kids play outside.

We have many repeat renters returning for 2024 and will be posting our remaining availability soon! If there’s a week you’re interested in, please message us and we’ll check our availability!

We can’t wait for everyone to see all the updates and enjoy staying at our little beach house!

We have been blessed to have friends and family on Facebook stay at our place and hope this will continue before posting to public offerings like VRBO.
