Kasha has blossomed into such an asset on our Support Team since starting with us in May 2020! Kasha is an ideal Monster-every day she comes in positive, friendly, fierce, and ready to assist and support not only our Leadership team and fellow team members but also our partner offices, developers, and most importantly, our guests! Although the work of our Support team may tend to go unnoticed as we're the team operating "behind the scenes" , the butterfly effect of our work definitely doesn't go unnoticed! From maintaining constant communication with our developers concerning pertinent details of our guests' upcoming travel accommodations, ensuring our merchants are protected, to making sure our teams have access to accurate available destinations and dates, Kasha's hard work is vital in making our guests', partners', and even our own team members' experience with Monster a positive one!
