Please note - we do not supply beach towels or beach gear and provided towels are not to be used outside of home. Main level boasts open floor plan with ocean views, kitchen, dining table well. Sofa (queen size sleeper), love seat in family room. Laundry, Smart TV, and guest bedroom with queen bed and full en suite bath. Smart TV’s in all bedrooms. Upper level boasts primary en-suite bedroom with king bed, ocean views, and private deck. 2nd en-suite primary bedroom with king bed, access to private deck and ocean views. Another two twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Ceiling fans, closets, dressers. Fully stocked kitchen appliances, dishes, cookware, stove, microwave, fridge, washer and dryer, coffee maker with pod/full pot options, and permanent gold filter for grounds.

2nd story deck serves 2 ocean facing bedrooms and has amazing views of the ocean. Huge main level ocean facing deck with outdoor dining and additional seating. Ground level has private outdoor hot/cold shower, gas grill, picnic table, 4 rocking chairs, and covered parking for 3 cars. OCEAN LAKES AMENITIES:

19 beach access points along the oceanfront with dedicated handicap and golf cart parking access)
Large playgrounds, skate park, workout stations and outdoor recreation including sand volleyball, shuffleboard courts and basketball courts. Sports equipment is available in the Recreation Office as well as bicycle rentals. Great nature center for the whole family, nightly golf cart parade, fishing, bocce ball, horseshoes, and ping pong. Sandy Mart has all of your grocery, snacking, clothing, beach gear, and memorabilia for your visit. Sandy’s Meet n’ Eat - for burgers, pizza, ice cream, etc. Sandy Harbor Family Fun Center is a recreation complex that includes a water park with 5 pools (one indoor/heated in winter), water slides, lazy river, Sandy Harbor splash zone, sun decks, an Arcade, miniature golf, restrooms, changing areas, and an indoor/outdoor Cafe. Certified lifeguards are on duty during the summer season. **Please note that some amenities such as miniature golf and the cafe do cost extra. UPDATE | As of June 2024, both curfews are in effect year-round from Midnight to 5 AM.

Family is the reason we are here. And family values are as important to our founding family and team as they were when we opened our gates in 1971. As many of you know, over the last several years we have continued to see a steady increase in bad behavior from some guests during the busy season in the campground.

Our team is enhancing the existing policy, Quiet Hours (11 PM - 7 AM), due to the behavior of some of our guests. We want kids and golf cars off the streets by Midnight. This will assist our Security teammates as they strive to provide a safe, family-friendly environment and help them more easily identify potential problems and monitor our campground.

Our commitment to providing a safe, fun place for families remains stronger than ever. So, we are taking a stand. We are going old school: we're implementing curfews beginning Friday, May 24, 2024. Our team should not need to be disciplinarians, that’s the parents' responsibility.

Golf Car Curfew |
Ocean Lakes has a Midnight curfew for the operation of a Golf Car and other modes of transportation (such as e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.). These modes of transportation (golf cars, e-bikes, bikes, scooters, etc.) must return to their registered site by Midnight and will be subject to a $100 fine. This policy applies year-round from Midnight to 5 AM. Carrying your ID is recommended.

Age Curfew |
Guests under 21 years of age are subject to Ocean Lakes’ curfew and must return to their site by Midnight unless accompanied by an adult from their site or the guest (or their parent/guardian) will be subject to a $100 fine. This policy applies year-round from Midnight to 5 AM. Carrying an ID is recommended.

We apologize to those good teenagers and their parents – we see you, and we truly appreciate you setting an example for others.

More information on these new policy additions can be found on our website. We have printed material about the new policies available at most campground buildings to assist our guests and Leaseholders.
