Phase 1 of the A Place At The Beach III is completed. The Hoosier Hideout has a new color with the new siding. The balcony was replaced with new flooring and white railings. We love our new windows, sliding door and bedroom door. They will make the unit more efficient and quiet.

We still have a couple weeks in June and July open for rentals. Summer price is $1,400/week, Saturday to Saturday. August and September are wide open. They are a great time for those without kids in school to go. For those who do not know, we are second floor unit.

Had a productive week at the Hoosier Hideout in Myrtle Beach. Checked out the building renovations. Our new windows and doors have been installed, new siding is mostly up. Hopefully will get around to putting the new siding on the balcony today. Should be ready for paint soon. We are scheduled to be done in early March. Inside paint has been touched up. Have new blinds ready to be go up as soon as work is finished.

We are ready to start booking for 2023.

Still worked in a little fun while there and can’t wait until we can return. Saw the China Spy Balloon fly over Myrtle Beach and got some pics of it before it was shot down. Ken had his fun with that. Found a new restaurant we love. Toffino’s Italian Bakery and Pizzeria. They have a wonderful bakery made fresh everyday.
