It is 3 bedroom, 2 bath. 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Full and a full size sleeper sofa. Z53 is newly remodeled including updated décor, bedding, furniture and a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher! There is a nice porch along with plenty of lawn for the kids (& adults) to play games and enjoy the sunshine. Magnolia lake is just a view away. Outdoor shower, gas grill, washer and dryer is available

in the campground , cable, Wifi

Beach house rental & policy! Our cancellation policy is below! We do not offer refunds, but we will offer exchange in time or credit toward another trip if we have availability and can make accommodations for it. Accommodations will be up to the owner at the time of request.
