Almost done installing all new Trex decking, handrails, and a ceiling on the ground level porch so guests can still enjoy the outdoors, even if it rains!

UPDATE!!
Rosie's is getting all new deck!! Starting in late January, the old treated lumber decking is getting replaced by new TREX decking!!!

My brother, Jim, and I, would like to thank all of our guests that stayed at Rosie's Beach House this year!!

We purchased "Land By The Sea" in late February and renamed it "Rosie's Beach House" in honor of our mother. We have made some improvements(new roof, grill, golf cart, patio furniture) this year. We are also looking at making other improvements this fall/winter. One thing we are doing is increasing occupancy from 10 to 12 people by putting in bunk beds.

We are now on VRBO and payments can be made on VENMO.

Jim and I are looking forward to 2024 by having guests return and having new guests enjoy Rosie's Beach House!!!
