ng and cable. There is a new in unit washer and dryer. A private balcony overlooks the outdoor pool, golf course and lake with spectacular views!! On site golfing, swimming, walking, biking and dining are available. Easy beach access one mile/five minute drive away with beach equipment provided. Broadway at the beach is only two miles away. Many attractions are available within minutes including dining, shopping and entertainment. Excellent location! We are ready to take your reservation requests! No pets, smoking or motorcycles permitted. This is a 3rd floor walk-up with no one above you and beautiful scenery, but no elevator. Let us help create lasting vacation memories!!
