UPDATED ON WATER PARK AND OTHER AMENITIES OPENING.
We are excited that Governor McMaster has announced plans to lift several restrictions impacting Ocean Lakes Family Campground. Our team is working on plans to reopen our amenities, services, and activities as soon as possible while remaining in accordance with the Governor’s timeline.

Over the next couple of days, our team will determine the Hours of Operation in several departments as we quickly ramp up operations for the summer season. We appreciate your patience as we onboard additional teammates to better serve our guests.

We want to emphasize that although the Governor has lifted many restrictions everyone is strongly encouraged to remain proactive with social distancing, sanitizing, and minimizing shared items. It is everyone’s personal responsibility to help ensure the well-being of their family and to be aware of how their actions impact others. Our team will do everything we can to follow the recommended guidelines throughout our operations.

If any guest has concerns for their well-being or that of their family members, we recommend abstaining from using our amenities or participating in our activities. We truly want every guest to have a positive and enjoyable experience at Ocean Lakes, ultimately we want everyone to exhibit caution and consideration.

Amenities Updates
Sandy Harbor Water Park |
The Governor has lifted ALL restrictions on the capacity for pools starting Thursday, May 21st. Therefore, Sandy Harbor Water Park will be open to all guests on Thursday 10 AM – 6 PM, allowing 100% capacity. We understand that guests are very excited about Memorial Day Weekend and want to know our Water Park hours. We will announce extended hours VERY soon. Please understand, we may still have some operational modifications impacting the use of tubes and mats. The slides may not be open until we can fully onboard our team of Lifeguards. We will announce more as our plan is finalized.

Sandy Mart and Ocean Lakes Golf Cars |
Capacity restrictions remain in effect for Sandy Mart and Ocean Lakes Golf Cars. We appreciate courtesy to others at locations that queuing up is required.

Sandy Harbor Game Center |
The Governor has restricted arcades to 50% capacity. Our team is working to determine what that occupancy number is and the best solution for maintaining the recommended capacity. The plan may include separate entrances and exits. For example, guests may enter the Game Center, but if they exit through the back door exit (onto the pool deck) they may not be admitted back into the Sandy Harbor building. In that situation, guests may have to exit through the Pool turn-style or the Water Park. We will announce the re-opening plans and Game Center hours very soon.

Sandy Harbor Café |
Our team is working to re-open Sandy Harbor Café soon! However, due to the 50% capacity limitations for Sandy Harbor Game Center, indoor dining may be restricted. Guests can use the poolside Café walk-up window to order food and beverages. Guests can also utilize the Café’s poolside dining deck.

Sandy Harbor Mini-Golf |
We will open our 18-hole mini-golf course as soon as possible. Please understand that we must formulate a plan for equipment cleaning and operational hours.

Beachfront Amenities |
Our team will work towards opening our popular oceanfront recreation amenities such as Basketball, Horseshoes, Volleyball, Corn Hole, etc. We will need to clean the equipment and work with guests to follow the recommended guidelines. Your patience is appreciated as we work quickly to address these issues.

Playgrounds |
Parents and children will be happy to hear that Playgrounds will be open soon! Our team will strive to keep the equipment clean as much as possible. Due to the nature of the play structures, we need parents to understand that there are limits to what we can do. We encourage parents and caregivers to make the best decision for the well-being of their children.

Recreation Activities |
Coming Soon! Our team is focusing on re-opening our recreational amenities first. We are postponing our Recreation Activities Calendar until further notice. Most likely our activities will resume at the beginning of June - just in time for summer! We truly appreciate your patience in this matter.
