We are excited to announce a new partnership between our company and Myrtlewood Villas, a leading property management firm. This partnership will provide our guests with access to the indoor pool, lazy river, on-site pavilion, and support with booking golf outings and lodging through GolfTrek. Myrtlewood Villas serves as the exclusive lodging host for Ripken Sports Center, offering accommodations in various golf communities, oceanfront properties, and now Myrtle 104. We anticipate completing the transition by mid-December and are currently accepting reservations for December and the following year.

As the seasons change, we focus on preparing our condominium for our valued guests. This includes maintenance, thorough cleaning, and replenishing any missing or damaged items. Calander is clear for reservations to finish out 2024. Condo is booked January 15, 2025 to May 2025. Send us a message if interested!!

Airbnb reports that our reservations are fully maximized from September through October 8, with a special acknowledgment extended to our advance booking guest. Our reservations are also full during the Christmas, New Year's, and April/May to family that have been snowbirds from
Canada to Magnolia Point for the past 13 years! We are happy to host them for 6 weeks! We look forward to hosting you, reminder to DM us we can book direct without the fees!

Our upcoming trip to Myrtle Beach in a few weeks is highly anticipated, as we aim to ensure that Myrtle #104 is thoroughly prepared for the next season's snowbirds. The summer season maintained a consistently high occupancy rate, with almost every weekend fully booked. We are eager to tackle necessary work and enjoy the beach, clear blue skies, and palm trees. The fall season in South Carolina is notably beautiful and we are excited to experience it.

Despite encountering travel hiccups, our guests have successfully arrived and are now eager to indulge in an 8-day vacation filled with beach activities, golfing, and relaxation. Myrtle 104 has also acquired a brand new dryer and an assortment of beach towels for the comfort and convenience of all guests. Yesterday was a busy day, but we are committed to providing an unforgettable experience for our guests.
