MBAHA is the voice of Myrtle Beach's hospitality industry + a tourism advocate for the Grand Strand. Why join the Association? Reasons to Join:

The Association is a coalition that provides one voice for the Grand Strand hospitality industry. This trade Association is built upon the premise that alone we can achieve little, but together we can achieve much. Firms identifying with the Association increase in prestige and clout by the Association.

nformation. The weekly newsletter curates local and national news on the Grand Strand area, trends in the industry, economic analysis, advocacy issues, and events in one convenient email.
•Training. We provide access to training and education for owners, managers, and all level of employees that will help grow your business.
•Advocacy. Issues impacting the hospitality industry are addressed in one unified message.
•Joint-Membership. If your company is in hospitality, by joining the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce, you will automatically receive membership in the Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Association and the South Carolina Restaurant Lodging Association.
•Events. We host several events throughout the year that connect members with the community to garner support for the hospitality industry.

December 19 - Elf the movie will be playing on the big screen at 6:30 pm. Food specials include buy one entree and get the second one half off.

December 20 - Christmas Karaoke from 6:30-9:30 pm.

Since its founding in 1938, the Myrtle Beach Area Chamber of Commerce has been at the heart of transforming this coastal town into the thriving destination we know and love today.

Back when Myrtle Beach was still growing, the Chamber played a crucial role in attracting businesses and tourists, helping shape the Grand Strand into the popular vacation spot it is now!

From supporting local businesses to promoting the development of attractions like the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Convention Center, the Chamber has been a driving force behind our city’s success.

This season, you can make a difference by becoming a Toys for Tots drop-off location!

Help us collect toys to brighten the holidays for kids in need. Show your community spirit and bring smiles to little faces.
Voodoo Brewery Co Myrtle Beach is a drop off location and is collecting monetary donations where individuals can put their name on a "Toys for Tots" train that will be hung up for all to see. The money will be donated to purchase toys for the holiday season. As an additional thank you to those who drop off a toy, they will take $5 off your bill.

Voodoo Brewery Co Myrtle Beach will be hosting a Boozy Santa Brunch with a DJ and vendors on our patio. The event will be on December 14 from 11 am - 2 pm. Patrons can grab a seasonal cocktail and conduct a little Christmas shopping with vendors while listening to some great music.

On December 15 they will be handing out gingerbread kits to the first 16 kids starting at 12 pm. These gingerbread kits are for ages 3+, are simple to make and keep kids occupied while parents can kick back, relax and enjoy a pint.

What a wonderful morning in Myrtle Beach! We had the most fun yesterday celebrating the 13 winners of our Myrtle Beach Area Hospitality Awards! A delicious breakfast at the Sheraton Myrtle Beach Convention Center started the day off right, and 140 attendees helped us celebrate excellent members of the Grand Strand hospitality industry. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and congratulations again to our winners!

From its humble beginnings to the vibrant tourist destination it is today, Myrtle Beach has a rich history full of charm and transformation.

Over the years, Myrtle Beach has blossomed with new hotels, attractions, and one of the first amusement parks in the South. The construction of the Intracoastal Waterway in 1936 and the opening of Myrtle Beach State Park in 1935 helped turn it into the beloved vacation hotspot we know today. 🌺🏖️
