Charles and I started this page while we were building our owned and managed properties in the Myrtle Beach Area. We then became licensed SC Real Estate agents. Our Real estate has grown to be the C & J Team with ASAP Realty. We will be merging this page with our Realty Page for our Team. The Team page has been our main focus and we are adding a lot of seasonal and Real Estate News to that page, that should be informative to all.
