The pressure canning 101 class this weekend is completely full and we are unable to take any walkins or get any of the people from the waitlist in. There will be another pressure canning class in August when we can tuna. The cheese making class is also full with a full waitlist as well. We will be looking to add more classes as we have the time and resources available. Thank you for your interest and understanding!

We had a blast learning about canning and preserving meats a couple weekends ago! Our fermentation workshop scheduled for March 18th is already full but you can still get on the waitlist if you are interested. If we have cancellations, we will pull from the waitlist first to fill the class.
