Still some prime dates available for the 2025 season!

2025 rental dates are open and going fast! There are still in-season weeks open in June, one week in July, and 2 weeks open in August. 2025 rental rates remained roughly the same as 2024.

The refrigerator and freezer are empty upon arrival - so there is nothing to hold the temperature or buffer the addition of a lot of new, warm food/drinks.

Refrigerator/freezer tips for guests:

- Avoid adding large numbers of items upon first arrival
- Let warm/hot items reach room temperature before adding to the freezer/refrigerator
- Limit holding the doors open when stocking
- Significantly limit opening the freezer and refrigerator doors for at least the first 12 hours
- Split items between the kitchen and lower level refrigerator and freezer to more efficiently cool everything
- Limit placement of items near vents or near the freezer side of refrigerator to optimize air flow
- Limit repeated entry into the freezer and do not hold either door open

It can take 24-36 hours, or longer, post arrival for temperatures in the refrigerator and freezer to return to optimal ranges.

Sunset on the ocean 🤷‍♂️. Beautiful (but too darn cold and windy 😂 - 45 degrees with 15-20 mph winds on the deck is chilly)
