New covered porch on the top deck, we think it looks like it was born there! Now you can sit with your coffee in the morning in the shade or a cocktail in the afternoon while it’s raining and stay dry. What do you think? Dates are available in May and September so come check it out in person!

This Semi-Oceanfront, 8 bdrm, 6 bath house has been renovated tip to toe. 1 minute walk to beach access and views of the ocean from the top deck. Located MM17.5 in Nags Head this home has private pool, hot tub, game room and large wide open great room where up to 20 guests can gather at the same time. We rent Friday - Friday and are pet friendly (small, hypo allergenic only).
We are booked through the summer with the following availbility for 7 night stays:
August 26 - Sept 9
September 16 - October 28

More updates to the Semi-Oceanfront home this week as well. We are installing another bunk bed in the Happy Shark Bunk Room, we’ve switched out a queen mattress and made it a king. We now have 5 King bedrooms and all have attached baths. Today I’m working on transitioning the basement mini kitchen. Cabinets are now white, modern black handles to come and the counter has turned from green to fancy marble! I’ll be adding a blue tile backsplash before it’s all done and ready to start the summer season on April 15th! What do you think so far?!?

A few new things for the Soundfront House!! We’ve been working hard the last couple weeks on some upgrades. We removed the carpet in all 8 of the bedrooms and installed luxury vinyl plank for a clean look and feel, and did the stairwell too! We installed a new wine fridge in the gourmet kitchen. And today I’m working on this coffee table. Do you think it looks like the ocean or a tropical storm?!
