The pool, after 20 yrs, needs a refresh. Outer Banks pool repair is going to drain it, secure all the cracks, and refinish it. The pool light will be replaced and the switch will be moved to a more accessible location. There will also be drop patio lights making the entire pool deck usable at night!
New pool color Super Blue. The tile will look like turquoise (Anne’s favorite stone 😉😂)

Cabinets are up and countertops down! Backsplash, plumbing and electrical finish next week. Appliances on the 12th. They give it back to us on the 14th. Somewhere in there a new dining table and chairs will arrive. Then… Anne and I put it back together, Coastal does their cleaning magic, and it’s ready to go for our first renters on the 31st!

Exciting times - all the preparation has been done, time for the install! Floors refinished and look amazing. Good start on the cabinets and the opportunity to start to see how it's going to come together.

Progress - Lots of cosmetic work: sheetrock, indoor and outdoor painting. Couple of light fixtures have been changed.
What's next - refinishing the hardwood floors starts tomorrow. Feb 19th the kitchen cabinets get installed. Backsplash and countertops will be first week of March. Confident we'll make it! 🤞haha

All common areas on the second and third floors have been painted. Here's a look at the accent wall in the main living room.
The kitchen electrical and plumbing is all prepared for cabinet install. A wood floor has been installed.
