Fence coming down to open up to our big back yard project for this off-season. Pool deck and liner getting replaced. New sitting areas and all new fence around pool and side yard.

Upgraded skylights and new upgraded roof! Things guests probably won’t notice but are very satisfying for us and keep the house leak free and protected.

Adding some finishes to the basement built in. Motion activated mini LED sconces if you want to put your laundry in at night without turning on all the lights, a friendly little pelican who seems very at home next to the piling under the house, clamshell nightlight 🐚

Basement slowly transforming into a game and relax space. Arcade game will be up all summer season. Planning to add a card/puzzle table and chairs too.
