This morning, Spectrum replaced defective hardware to fix a non-functional modem/router. Our apologies for the delay in addressing the problem, which we were made aware of on Sunday evening. The issue has been resolved and the service is now operational.

So a little disappointing news - all of the new kitchen tables and chairs ordered went up in a fire at the local warehouse for Manteo Furniture - good news is they have been reordered and prayers they get delivered before the start of the rental season! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

*** No one was injured in the fire in the warehouse

Finally received all of the photos from the amazing work.

Interior:
3rd floor LVP flooring completed and new seat bench installed
2nd floor LVP flooring completed - tile removed

Exterior:
3rd floor new deck replacement
2nd floor new deck replacement

Looks gorgeous - full deck photos will be updated once the pool is open again in the spring

New exterior deck on 2nd and 3rd floors
New LVP flooring on interior 2nd and 3rd floors
New Seat Bench seating area for dining room

Pending Upgrades:
Window replacement on 3rd floor
