Our Vacation Home in Nags Head
We decided to buy my father’s house in Nags Head so that we could continue spending time at the beach with friends and family. In order to make it work financially we will be offering our home as a vacation rental.
Our house is located in the Village of Nags Head, sound side on the golf course with amazing views straight through to the sound. The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 &1/2 baths as well as an outdoor shower. The house has been completely renovated and updated. It is an easy bike ride to the beach and grocery store. Your rental will come with a parking pass for beach access. The Village of Nags Head also has 2 docks and sound entries, both in walking distance, and Golf is also offered for additional fees.
106 Duneridge includes access to the Village Beach Club for all our our guests. The Beach Club offers a huge swimming pool, tennis, dining and activities for kids and grown ups. The is also an on call shuttle that will take you to and from our house to the beach club and other beach accesses.(http://www.clubcorp.com/Clubs/Village-Beach-Club/Amenities)
Towels and linens are provided, as well as a fully stocked kitchen. There is cable and hi-speed internet provided as well.
