Built to the highest standard this lovely home features bright, beachy colors, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, ground level patio & a covered porch. Located on beach road that is perfect for biking or taking a stroll down to the Beach (right approximately 2000 feet to beach access at Small Street where there is a grass parking area)

The backyard area is fun and welcoming with private pool and hot tub. The second floor sundeck allows for an overhead view while sun bathing. Features include: C/AC & Heat, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Phone, TVs, DVDs, Ceiling Fans, Wireless Internet, No Smoking. Pet friendly. Heated pool (when outdoor temp above 55 degrees), hot tub, cabana area, and volleyball court.

Meet Colin, the owner. ❤️ He’s a Fire Lieutenant and has been managing our cottages for 8 years just before our son was born. He LOVES taking care of our renters and wants families to have a wonderful time together. He’s a memory maker.

He did paint this pink room at CJ’s Paradise a nice calm Sea Salt color 😍 before we updated the furniture and put in the white bunks. Actually he painted every single hallway and the living room and movie room too. ❤️ He sings while he paints. ☺️

There’s our puppy T**h too. The houses are named CJ’s after our kids.
