This is the hardest post I have ever had to make.

As some of you already know. I have sold the Point Runner. I started working on the Point Runner in 2014, and not long after purchased the boat. Over the years I have given my all to the boat and the business.. The plan was always to charter fish until my body wouldn't allow it any longer. Sometimes life throws you curve balls. The boat arrived at its new home in Florida on Sunday. I wish them all the best and hope they make as many memories on her as we did. Thank you all for your support over the years, none of this would have been possible without you, and I am eternally grateful. It was a fun ride.

I will continue fishing, but I will step away from charter fishing for a while. If you have a day scheduled I will be getting in touch soon. Thanks again.

Finally some white marlin around. We were 6 for 8 on whites and caught a blue.

Something you may or may not know, white marlin is my favorite fish. It's what got me hooked on fishing. I was on a make up charter when I was 16 on the Wildfire. I caught a white marlin and have been hooked ever since.

Jay Jones as stuck with me since I started running the Point Runner. He has been there for most of our tournament success. It was fun watching him and Lucas hook a double header today.

I went down to microwave my lunch and we hooked a blue marlin. Since I was already downstairs Lucas let me grab the leader. Been a long time since I have pulled on one.

The fleet was able to find several pallets floating offshore today. Some had 2 mahi some had 30. We did pretty good and a white marlin to boot.

We did catch a blue marlin and a sailfish today. This pic was actually from last week but thought I'd share. Yesterday started the ocean city light tackle club derby. Billfishing has been tough be we have had some bites the last couple days. Hoping to see a few more tomorrow.

If you had a trip with me tomorrow or Friday I'd make other plans. You will be getting a phone call. The inlet was no joke today. My shirt is drying on the belly rail. Sheesh.

Not gonna lie, fishing is tough right now. Triple header was our only action today. Hoping for better tomorrow.

We were very lucky this morning. 2 blues 1 for 2 on sails and a good catch of tuna.

Last day of tile season and it went out with a bang. Caught a couple tuna this morning, and caught 2 out of 3 sails today. Looks like some weather for a few days.
