I am stoked to talk about the past year for me and doTERRA.

Did you know I am a wellness advocate? Yes, I am equally as shocked since the last time I used the products I was less than impressed. THIS time, I took a completely different approach.

I KNOW the toxic crap in all our food, cleaning products, face & body products and so much more. I figured I was holding on to some of my weight because of all the toxins in me. I have shared a few things over the past year.

My new year Nov 20 2024 - Ill be chilling at one of the winter holiday shows with my incredible business partners .abundance.coach & . Between the 3 of us we have loads of topics to help get you on a toxic free lifestyle.

In the past year I have almost swapped all our products to doTERRA. YES it took about the full year to plow through the things I thought we should begin with.

Hair Care - The Bar Shampoo and Conditioner are AHHHHMAzing.. I love how soft my hair is. We use the conditioner bars for shaving. Jamie also uses them.

Hand Soap in my bathroom is Abode and maybe another from a store😉

Laundry Soap - This was a GAME changer for both of us. I get horrid rashes from most detergents, now that we switched to the OnGuard detergent.. YEah buddy.. happy bodies.

Toothpaste - I am digging the OnGuard Cinnamon flavored toothpaste. Packaging could use a refresh. 🤣

We also use many of the oils and Ill talk about the next four weeks for Jamie and I later.. This is going to be some fun experimentation.. IF you want to join us for this.. Look for the next post about VMG+
