Mine is the holidays! There is so much to see and do - the trees, the decorations, the gingerbread, the Epcot International Festival of the Holidays, Cinderella Castle all lit up!

-The Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical R***e is coming back in June! (One of our favorite dinner shows!!)
-Disney H2O Glow After Hours is back at Typhoon Lagoon this summer
- Minnie Vans are coming back this summer, too! What a fun way to get to the parks 😃-

Tuesday Tips and Tricks

Sunscreen, Sunscreen, Sunscreen!

Make sure you take some with you (you can get it in the parks, but it's expensive!), and reapply through the day. Especially if you get wet (like on Kali River Rapids), or it's super hot! (If not, you end up like my daughter our last trip!)

Meet me Monday!

My very first trip to Walt Disney World was a school trip! I went down with the school choir, band, and orchestra for Magic Music Days! Now when I go back, I point out to my kids that I performed on THAT stage (the one in America in Epcot!). My daughter has a better story, though, she danced in a parade on Main Street and on the Nemo stage in Animal Kingdom 😃

What’s new this week?

-Parades are back!
-Victoria and Alberts at the Grand Floridian resort is reopening sometime this year.
-The Spirit of Aloha dinner show at the Polynesian Resort has been permanently cancelled. In its place, they are building new Disney Vacation Club villas, which will add more rooms to the resort!
-Disney is no longer requiring masks on the Skyliner.

Tuesday Tips and Tricks

One of my favorite things to do is have breakfast reservations scheduled inside the parks before park open! It gives you a jump on getting in and close to where you want to start your day. This picture was taken in Animal Kingdom at Tusker House, right before we hopped on the safari - with no wait!

This is a little tricky with the current restrictions, but it can still be done. (Character greetings like this will hopefully be back soon!)

My name is Miki Thomas. I LOVE Disney, I have been to Walt Disney World 11 times (so far!), with the last 5 trips in the last 5 years. It is my favorite place on Earth. I am so excited to start making magic for families taking their trips!

Today’s tip! If I rent a car for my trips, and drive to the park, I always take a picture of my row so that I don’t have to remember where I parked. I’ve forgotten one too many times!

The Flower and Garden show has just started! It’s one of my favorite Epcot festivals. I do *not* have a green thumb, so I really appreciate the beauty that they create during the festival. The topiaries are my favorite!
