Construction oversight in California, two solar projects near Bakersfield.
• Monitor / audit contractor's quality and safety programs
• Quantity reporting / verification of contractors quantity reporting
• Receive and inspect Owner provided materials
• Status updates on daily contractor progress
• Review and confirm that the Contractors environmental activities are up to NEER standards
• Review installation of site civil work and road improvements
• Review installation of pile and tracking systems
• Identify any deficiencies (design, quality, schedule, work)
• Review / accept contractor work and documentation
• Maintain daily work log / journal
• Evaluate & assess all scope change claims for validity
• Provide general support as assigned by PM/CM
