Welcome to Capri Sun Vacation Rental!
We just purchased our canal side home in beautiful Naples, Florida and we are ready for guests!
The house is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home located in the quaint ocean side community, The Isle of Capri! Our backyard is the Gulf of Mexico and the many beaches of Marco Island. While preparing our vacation home, we tried to think of everything that you might need to make your vacation memorable and relaxing!
The House
With 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms , you and your family or group will have plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation. The main living space is an open floor plan for maximizing gathering space.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and a separate bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed and a Twin Bunk Bed with a 3rd twin pull out. There is also a luxury queen air mattress & pack n play provided.
There are 4 smart TV's ready to stream Netflix! One in each bedroom, one in the living room, and one to use on the lanai. The house comfortably sleeps 9.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals. We tried to equip the kitchen with all the tools necessary to feel “at home” from Caraway pots & pans, a Keurig, and cooking tools and utensils. The center island has seating for 4 and the dining table has seating for 6. We also have a high chair available for your littles!
The living room has a sectional sofa, chair, & entertainment center.
The laundry room is located in the garage and equipped with a full size washer and dryer.
The screened in lanai overlooking the pool & canal has a large table & chairs set to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails and a Blackstone Grill to prepare your favorite meals.
The Neighborhood
The Isle of Capri is a ocean side community with unique water front restaurants. Our favorites are The Island Gypsy for a fun atmosphere with food & drinks and Osteria Capri for a more intimate quiet evening!
There is a marina on the Isle of Capri where guest can take advantage of boat rentals!
Beach access is just a short 10-15 minute drive into Marco Island. At the home you will find beach chairs, bags, coolers, & towels provided for your use!
