Spacious Master suite with king bed, walk-in closet, smart tv, and chaise lounge. Master bath with dual sink and oversized walk in shower. Third bedroom has a queen size bed with an additional twin trundle bed. This home includes comfortable beds and luxury 100% cotton linens and towels! Second and third bedrooms share a second bathroom which has a tub. Both bathrooms are fully stocked: hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels. For extra guests there are two queen sleeper sofas in the living room. Additional queen air mattress and baby crib and feeding chair available upon request at no additional charges for our guests. Dogs are welcome! The spacious open space living area that includes a 65โ smart TV and plenty of seating for the guests. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook a fabulous dinner for your family (Keurig coffee maker, toaster, Ninja blender, dishwasher, etc). Outside on the screened lanai we have a gas outdoor grill and a seating area where you can spend your afternoon with a glass of wine, take a nap or just watch the palm trees blow in the breeze! Perfectly situated under the bistro lights and outdoor ceiling fan. We do have beach chairs, beach towels, bicycles and trampoline for kids to enjoy. No smoking inside the home. Smoking is permitted on the lanai. Please note that there is a $500 penalty. We do not charge our guests an extra person fee, dog fee or cleaning fee, but you have to specify how many people are staying (including children) so that we have additional bedding and towels available for everyone. Since there is no cleaning fee, we expect that you respect our home and leave property in a broom swept condition. If the deep cleaning is required after your stay, there will be additional charges. Families with childrens: we do have a trampoline for kids and canal access in the backyard, so please take proper steps to supervise childrens all the time.
