The houses weathered Helene fine. No damage and no flooding. The condo got some water in the lobby and the cabanas and a lot of sand was deposited in the yard. Cleanup has begun. I’m so grateful that this was not like Ian.

My thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who lost their home or a loved one from Florida all the way up to Tennessee.
Total devastation up North.

Sneak peek at the new landscaping and fence in the back of Sunrise Daydream. We are waiting on a couple of flowering trees to fill in the gaps. David and I have been working hard planting in 93 degree heat.

Stay tuned for kitchen and laundry room photos. The cabinets are in!!! The counters and tile backsplash should be going in this week or next and then I’ll post photos. Lots of fall dates are still open at this house and Sunshine Daydream.

We are getting new kitchen and laundry room cabinets and counters at our Sunrise Daydream 768 house. The renovation should be finished by September. Watch for photos as the cabinets are installed. We also installed landscaping around the pool and a new fence at the rear of the property. Book your fall dates at this house.

There are still some summer and fall dates available at Sunshine Daydream 525 house. Rates are the lowest they have ever been!
