• FAA Part 107 License is mandatory (no exceptions).
• Proficiency in both photography and videography, specifically for showcasing boats for sale and charters.

• Attention to detail in highlighting unique features of vessels.

Are you an experienced Master Captain with a passion for hospitality and exceptional service? We’re hiring for a 1099 Master Captain position with the following qualifications:

🔹 Requirements
• License: 100-ton USCG Master License.
• Experience: Proven record as a Master on vessels ranging from 40 to 70 tons.
• Location: Based in Naples, Florida.
• Skills:
• Crew management (vessels with 3+ crew).
• Strong hospitality and guest service focus.
• Engineering experience is a plus.
• Previous yacht management experience and ability to conduct detailed checks of the vessel.
• Commitment to the safe and efficient operation of vessels.

🔹 Position Details
• This is a 1099 contract position.
• Hours are not guaranteed and will be based on charter and owner needs.
• Compensation: $75/hour with a 4-hour minimum.
• Split gratuities.

Important: Hospitality and service are at the core of this role. If your resume does not clearly meet these requirements, it will not be considered.
