Nearly a native, I grew up in Naples and watched it grow from a small beach town that no one had ever heard of, to the beautiful and diverse city that it has become. My familiarity of the community and its history as well as its current day offerings, lends itself to both helping clients find their perfect vacation retreat as well as helping owners market their properties to prospective tenants.
Having worked in various aspects of real estate including general sales and mortgage lending. my focus in recent years has been on residential leasing for both year-round residents as well as seasonal guests. My goal is to find quality tenants for quality homes. Owners will feel at ease knowing their properties are being cared for and tenants will appreciate a choice of properties that they can easily transition into calling "home."
In addition to being a Licensed Real Estate Broker and Mortgage Loan Officer, I am also an Advanced Open Water Scuba Diver and thalassophile.
