I ran into a friend this weekend who works for The Salvation Army. She told me 7,000 children in Collier County are on their list to receive a toy this Christmas. A TOY-singular:(
I took out my phone, pulled up my Amazon app and she helped me pick out 10 gender neutral toys that I had shipped directly to her at the Salvation Army. It felt SOOO good-you should try it!:)

A custom birthday card to me, circa 199?, from a dear friend and famed local artist that we recently lost - JOHN BARTOLDUS. If you enlarge the photo, you'll see the pier and Naples shoreline as it stood at the time. I'm lucky enough to have collected John's cards, art, hugs, advice, and over-the-top compliments for 30+ years and customers of mine have been lucky recipients of the Naples Calendars he so carefully curated. I was in high school when the Ritz Carlton broke ground, and I remember thinking “Who do they think will come here? It’s huge- are they crazy?!” I was so naive:) Fast forward nearly 40 years and a 295-room golf resort later, an additional 92 luxury, club level suites are set to open at the end of the year. “If you build it, they will come”- so true!
