The storms have cleared, sunshine is out and the fish are hungry! Fishing the calm backwaters we found Snook, Jack, Tarpon and mangrove snapper. Mostly on lures fish feeding on lots of freshwater bait that was flushed out with all the rain. Let’s go fishing!

Found some redfish today! Some around 20 inches and saw a pair of bigger redfish closer to 30” cruising shallow but wouldn’t eat. Beautiful day in the 10,000 islands!

You can say this family had a great day! 2 lemons sharks(1 was tagged), some trout and snapper on the flats, then hit the mangroves and sight casted a 29inch snook!

Big lemon shark hit the shark rod that had a ladyfish soaking on it while we were catching trout! Always an adrenaline rush when you hear the rod screaming out of nowhere!

That feeling when a tarpon hits your line while trout fishing!! 🤩 Such a rush hooking this fish today while targeting sea trout on some grass flats.
