Located in Naples Florida, we have a dedicated service level that we feel our clients expect and deserve. Instead of taking on a higher volume of clients our model is to work with a select list of clientele so that we can focus more of our time and attention on each individual. When necessary we are able to drop everything to handle urgent matters or emergencies that come up as well as last minute

trips planned to the smallest detail. Jen Mitchell Travel will work with you to plan unique and creative trips with a young and energetic approach. We work with clients interested in forming a lasting relationship with a travel professional they can trust and rely on. We specialize in luxury tours and cruises as well as tailor-made independent travel. We are a reliable resource to our clients who need recommendations, research, and support in making all travel related arrangements. Jen Mitchell Travel is available to our clients 24/7 to answer questions, handle emergencies or in making arrangements. As a concierge travel agency we not only book travel but are here to help with anything surrounding our clients’ trip. If you prefer we come to your home to go over your plans we are happy to come to you. If you prefer a mutual location, we can meet over coffee or lunch. This model gives us the time we need to get to know you better so that you are sure to have an experience that best matches your travel preferences and personalities. You will work with the same agent each time and we will remember your travel preferences so you don’t have to repeat yourself each time you book a trip. Depending on the involvedness of your trip we charge a trip planning fee to acknowledge the time and effort that our agents put into planning one-of-a-kind experiences. The fee varies based on the complexity of the arrangements.
