As a concierge travel agency we not only book travel but are here to help with anything surrounding our clients’ trip. If you prefer we come to your home to go over your plans we are happy to come to you. If you prefer a mutual location, we can meet over coffee or lunch. This model gives us the time we need to get to know you better so that you are sure to have an experience that best matches your travel preferences and personalities. You will work with the same agent each time and we will remember your travel preferences so you don’t have to repeat yourself each time you book a trip. Depending on the involvedness of your trip we charge a trip planning fee to acknowledge the time and effort that our agents put into planning one-of-a-kind experiences. The fee varies based on the complexity of the arrangements.
