Summers not over yet but Jamie & Billy want to let you all know the Inn is available for fall rentals! It’s the best time of the year to be in the village so quiet & peaceful. We’re a few weeks into our summer guests and everyone’s loving the new improvements! The downstairs family room had no identity & now we added a clean neat tropical cozy look to it! Even a little book nook ( leave books if you’d like) and games for you to enjoy! Next year thinking of maybe a new cozy sectional with a pull out queen bed in the tv area to add seating & bedding to fill that space better & just one futon on the right wall still? ! We need Your Thoughts & opinions ?

Sneak peek upstairs bathroom Before when Jamie & Billy bought it & now completely newly renovated 🙂 They wanted a bright & modern clean look & that it is with the gorgeous tile too they chose above the shower. Downstairs bath is all new too…

The Inns Landscaping has finally come in beautifully this year! We now have a master Gardener Pat from the village planting flowers & taking care of them & cutting the new grass that has finally filled in like a carpet ! After months of hard work re modeling , It’s our first week of Guests arriving on Friday and I must say it looks fantastic inside. I’ll be sharing more soon! Reminder this is the parking for the house if you pull up close you’ll fit 4 cars fine! Do not park in the neighbors driveways please !

Lotsa big changes coming in the Summer of 2024 ! Jamie & Billy said do some renovations so we did just that! Brandy new hi tech washer / dryer. Lotsa de cluttering & cleaning out closets & making space for your belongings! Next up two brand new bathroom renovations!! One week left in August 23-30 th 🙂

Almost that time again! Still have one week open August 23-30 th! It’s the week all the kids go back to school & the beaches are quiet , walk into the restaurants with no wait! Tis the Season to confirm all the returning yearly guests & contracts will go out by Feb 1, 2024 from Billy & Jamie. As we are awaiting our first snow storm in RI everyone’s looking forward to summer vacations:). As of right now we are booked solid again with only a few weeks in May & June open.
It is confirmed we do have August 23-30 th open so please let us know asap if you’re interested it will go fast 🙂 contact Jennifer Devine-Palazzo.

Happy First day of Summer! We added a few new touches at the inn this week! Got a little americana. Bill & Jamie had all new stonework done for the driveway and entire left side of the Inn & the outdoor private shower is finished this season too! All new gardens & patio ! We are booked with returning guests straight thru till mid September !

The season is here ! Few new renovations on the outside but This is The Dew drop inn @ breakwater village in Pt Judith RI! Private Village located on the ocean! The arrow is how close the house is to that stairway to two private beaches you walk everywhere & ride bikes scooters kayaks or paddle boards so scroll down for more picture but a lot has been updated !
