I have shop space for rent! Approximately 1500 square feet in Possum Trot Square. Nashville Fudge Kitchen is on the property and the Gyro shop. The former Healing Hearts and Memory Making shop space is available February 1st. Rent is $1650 per month and a deposit due at lease signing of $1650. Welcome to Lucy’s Loft, a brand new vacation rental loft space above the famous Nashville Fudge Kitchen. Open and airy with high ceilings, offering amenities to make you feel at home.

Take a flight of outside stairs to your magical view of the town of Nashville from the large windows in the living room and master bedroom. Relax on the outside deck, view the stars on a clear night or cuddle up inside with our large 70" smart TV in the living room.

This amazing space accommodates up to 4 guests and features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and a kitchen to cook up your favorite meal. You have full access to the entire loft, rent for a night or spend the week. Your adventure in Brown County begins with us!

From Lucy's Loft you can walk the entire town, spend the day shopping and return to the loft with your day's treasures. Take a short drive to Indiana's largest state park - Brown County State Park.
