A lot of ppl make fun of me and say “oh yeaaaa… you’re a SUPERHOST!” I laugh and make fun of it too. But in all reality… it’s not easy to have a full-time successful career, two high performing AirB&Bs (that I manage on my own), then also dedicate time to my health, my family, my friends and of course, my Father. So I’m proud of this accomplishment!! It’s not easy pulling off all 5 star ratings with 256 stays, 100% response rate and a 0% cancellation rate in a year. But I DID IT!! 👏🏽

Really all I had to do is CARE. When you care about something- you put effort into it- when you put effort into something- dividends will come. Sometimes maybe later than you want, but no effort is ever wasted. Everything - everything - yields benefit. It's true. And your life will show you this. So don't decry the "effort that failed." All things lead to your highest good. You just may not know it yet❤️

This is PRETTY COOL! My place was chosen on PeerSpace for two of three categories for their Open Door Awards! #1 spot in Best Event Place in Nashville and the #6 spot in Best Meeting Place in Nashville.

PeerSpace is an hourly rental site that allows you to rent your place out for video shoots, showers, business meetings, etc.

I’ve started a library for my guests with over 60 of my favorite books including these two! They can take one. Borrow one. Exchange one. Whatever their heart desires❤️

Oh and this weekend is open now. Guests weren’t able to come bc of the potential bad weather. Reach out if you (or someone you know) needs a place at a really great price this Christmas.

Rearranged the theatre room & I’m loving it! 🎥🍿

This truly is my favorite room in the house. It’s part of the owners suite. The owners suite is not available on AirB&B but can be rented out for a smaller party of 2-4. It is 900sq ft and has its own separate entrance. It can also be rented out with the AirB&B side for a larger group. 8-10ppl. Then I would rent out the whole townhouse of 3k square ft. I only rent out both sides for special groups that I trust. More than 8 sometimes becomes a party and the 150” screen & 4k projector were not cheap 😉
