A force!

Hiya there✨my name is Jillian 🙋🏻‍♀️I am a full-time musician/singer-songwriter, award winning filmmaker(State of the Unity)and entrepreneur with Wild Wondrous Women

I was born in 1988 and I’ve always loved that my birthdate included double digits.

My favorite color is coral 💖, I have been Plant Powered since 2011🍏 and I love God🕊

I married my high-school sweetheart ( who I adore) and together we’ve performed in all 50 States as well as overseas.

I grew up in South Bend, Indiana where I spent many summer mornings in summer school (I was SO horrible at math).

In the afternoons I hunted for quartz rocks, went golfing at the local parks and recs courses, found the best mulberry trees and loved having impromptu dance parties in our kitchen with my Mom, Dad and sister.

After school I would hang with my Grandma Joyce who had 10 kids, was fluent in French and she was an incredible artist! We would have tea time and paint for hours. She inspired me to become the artist I am today by showing me that art is a special gift we can give to the 🌎

It’s safe to say I spent most of my time in nature day dreaming of one day becoming a professional songbird and performing music worldwide.

One time, when I was 7 years old I remember singing a song I had made up while leaning against my favorite oak tree. Then I proceeded to sing as loud as I could hoping some big record label executive would hear me singing from the street and sign me to their record label. 😂 You gotta love dreaming big at 7!!!

However there were two things I didn’t realize as a 7 year old, the first was that the people who made those types of decisions did not live in Indiana and the second is that my destiny was in my hands.

For the last 11 years I have been fully living out my dreams performing all over the world with The Bergamot, in 2012 my husband Nathaniel Paul Hoff and I started our own record label, last year we became award winning filmmakers with and in 2018 I created . Today I have my sights set on bright horizons 💫💫💫

So wherever you’re at just remember anything is possible from humble beginnings - especially when you believe in yourself.

Position:

Booking Agent to Fairs, Festivals, Colleges, Sports, and Corporate. You will represent our full roster of musicians, speakers, entertainers, Esports, and virtual reality services as seen on www.braveenough.com and www.taikai.gg.
At Brave Enough, we believe that entertainment shapes culture. That's why the first thing we think about with every decision is: Will this make the world better?

We are searching for a new team member who shares our vision and can hit the ground running!

Your tasks will include:

-Representing Brave Enough at conferences throughout the United States such as IAFE, IEBA, APAP, NACA, etc.
-Serving current clients by regular check-ins, listening to their needs, and giving them a plan that will solve their needs
-Negotiating and Signing Contracts
-Lead Generation and Prospecting from conferences, lists, and referrals
-Communicating with talent
-Participating in strategy sessions and continual training with the team
You will be aided by the Brave Enough team with marketing, training, tools, and general support. We have a very encouraging and collaborative culture with a commitment to both excellence and healthy work/life balance.

The ideal candidate:

-Is personally committed to our core values and will uphold and continually present our values as described below.
-Has exceptional written and in-person communication skills and can connect easily with people from all backgrounds.
-Is comfortable working with high-impact and C-level individuals.
-Is confident and comfortable when meeting new people.
-Asks great questions and is an active listener.
-Is self-motivated and will be actively looking for and pursuing new opportunities to book artists, not just waiting for the next call or email to come in.
-Has knowledge in and is connected to one or all of the following: the Music Industry, Fairs and Festivals world, Corporate training and events, Professional Sports, College Programming, and/or Performing Arts Centers
-Has sales/booking experience
-Enjoys challenges
-Organized and detail oriented
