Rental for 30 days or longer.
Beautiful place on 2 acres. I live on a 2 acre place just outside of Nashville on the West side of town. I am 5 minutes off I-40 and very close 10 minutes or less to many places to shop, dine and see movies. The studio has separate entrance so you and come and go on your own. There is a organic grocery and a farm stand close by when in season. My property and neighborhood are quiet and very beautiful like an oasis from busy life. There are at least 5 parks very close to where I live where you can hike, bike, canoe and kayak.
The studio apartment has a queen size memory bed. There is all original artwork hung and created by me. It is very neutral and calming palette. There is plenty of storage space with some built in shelves, a large armoire, a closet with shelving in the bathroom and storage under the sink. There is a small desk area and some chairs to sit in the space too. The studio is on the ground level and one step up into the bathroom. You are allowed to have a small pet as I have 2 kitties but they won't disturb you. You are allowed to do laundry here in my space also.
