You came to Nashville to enjoy the southern hospitality and the music, right? Maybe you came for the local beer joints or to tailgate and go to a Titans game. Whatever it is you came to do, you'll know you're in Nashville the second you walk in the door. Our place is an open plan with a full bathroom and also a spacious kitchen. The house includes a full bed, as well as a convertible couch that wi

ll allow for 2 to 4 people. We have a privacy fence around our back yard and full plumbing/electric in the house. Of course we have Wifi and Netflix for you also! Any other questions, just ask... We have plenty of suggestions of things to do!

General information

We are located in the fastest growing neighborhood in Nashville. We are just west of Germantown, slightly north of the heart of the downtown area (2 miles to Broadway) and less than a $5 Uber/Lyft ride to downtown. We do have quite a bit of foot traffic in our area and have never had trouble with our friendly neighbors. We are approximately a mile away from the new baseball stadium, great coffee shops, restaurants, bars and also conveniently located just off the interstate.
