Our retreat group hiked to the base of a 100-foot waterfall where we received a spiritual limpia (a cleansing or baptism) from the priest and priestess of the Q’ero tribe in Calca, Peru. I felt held by Pachamama (Mother Earth) and the Apus (The Spirits of the Mountains) as I received their blessing, and I will carry that experience in my heart forever. I’m so full of gratitude for the indigenous shamans of the Sacred Valley that we met and who helped us along our journey. 🙏🏼🌎✨
