You won’t believe you are only 8 minutes from Downtown Nashville when you pull up the driveway to this beautiful retreat. Super secluded on 5 wooded acres, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin is as equally quaint for a romantic getaway as it
is fun for a weekend with your family or close friends. If you want to get outside and explore the acreage, meander through Nashville or check out the state park, just 12 minutes away, there is much to do. Bloomington, and the IU Campus, is under 30 minutes on a scenic drive via IN 45, so your location is situated perfectly for campus visits of any reason. If the weather calls for a little less outdoor adventure, you can sit under the wraparound porch and read a book on the swing, dine in the screened in porch after preparing a meal in the fully furnished kitchen, play a game, shoot some pool, get cozy in front of the gas fireplace, watch TV or gather with those you are with and take time to catch up on life’s journeys. There is plenty of space and area for everyone to be able to stretch out and recharge. No matter what your day brings, you will enjoy being able to wind down grilling on the barbeque, lounging in the hot tub and sitting around the fire pit at night. We welcome canine companions 75 lbs. and under as long as they are potty trained for an additional $75 fee per animal, per stay. Please crate them if you leave them alone while you are out exploring. Wi-fi is available (although you should really disconnect!). Our hope is that Deer Dance Cabin can be a place that you will want to make special memories year after year. There are a lot of updates happening now, and planned for the near future. This cabin has 1 King, 1 Queen and 1 full sized futon.
