Hi friends!
I’m Julia, the owner of Sunday Morning Homes. This is me and one of my fur babies, Charles, dancing during one of our many painting breaks in our East Nashville house. I bought this 1920’s Craftsman in 2018 and spent the next eight months renovating it (with the generous help of loved ones and my dogs). Once it was ready to decorate, I did my best to source what I could from local vintage shops, flea markets and estate sales in the area and I would say it turned out pretty great! Since then my partner and I have added two more properties to our rental portfolio ( and ) but Nashville will always be my first baby!

I started Sunday Morning with the idea of “responsible hosting”... taking care of our houses and neighborhoods, hiring local/independent workers and paying a fair wage, supporting and artists, using sustainable cleaning products and toiletries, making our homes feel like your home (and of course being pet friendly), and I’m proud to say we have kept to this mission!
