As Tony said, in his 5 Star review of Southampton, "I rented this house as a Surprise for my wife's 50th birthday and invited 2 other couples to join us. The house was perfect for the 6 of to stay comfortably without tripping over each other. It has all the needed amenities for a nice stay. The neighborhood is well kept and quiet. It was very convenient to drive into downtown Nashville for sightseeing and dinner. Reasonable cost for a cab ride into downtown just in case you want to have a little more fun and don't want to drive. I will definitely be back!"
