Howdy friends....for all the small mum and pop shops needing help with the recent CrowdStrike outage, please reach out to me. I am currently on active duty helping the State of TN get systems back online. As a local, small business owner, I can't imagine the fright, the loss, the stress this outage is contributing to you and your business. As large of an organization the State is, they still welcomed help from the Air National Guard. So for the smaller organizations, I can try to help (after duty hours). I'll see if any of my Cyber military members could also volunteer to assist me.

This is a sturdy roundtable that reminds me of many poker games I've seen on tv. You can slam your cards down at full force and the table won't move....though, we'd prefer that you don't hurt the table (and yourself) by doing this. Every day, I typically alternate between 3-5 books on Audible...however, there are a select few of books that I must physically hold, turn the pages, and reflect on in silence before applying to my life as I prepare for sleep. (Btw, this is the moment the soul absorbs what oftentimes is intercepted by logic, and never utilized for fulfillment.)

WORTHY by Jamie Kern Lima is THAT book that MUST be held, read, absorbed and applied.

When I say we built the Wholesome Health Lounge ourselves....I wasn't kidding.....came across this video of me installing a shampoo bowl! Wow! Nothing stops you when you're focused. You just gotta take one bowl at a time! By the way....I never installed a shampoo bowl before this video....like ever....til this day....AND it worked - and still does! YOU CAN DO ANYTHING! You just GOTTA BELIEVE!

Celebrating Black History Month along with our family, friends and neighbors.

February is a month to celebrate love and to celebrate the accomplishments and impact that African American Lives have made in the past and continue to make in our country and community.

We celebrate local trailblazers like Moses McKissack who opened the first black owned architectural firms in the country right here in Nashville. And we celebrate entrepreneurs like Sarah Estell who opened Miss Sarah’s ice cream to Nashvillians in 1830s.

Representation matters and we appreciate diversity in Nashville. We also celebrate present influential black leaders and business owners. We encourage you to read about the contributions of African Americans/Black as oftentimes their stories and contributions are not included or celebrated in history books.
