The importance of Travel Protection.
Once again we experienced another unexpected medical emergency while on our trip with one of our Traveling companion.

I want to express our appreciation to Generali Global Assistance/Generali Travel Insurance for their support and assistance to our traveling companion until they cane home 4 weeks later.

Not to mentioned, the management and staff of St. Gotthard Hotel in Zurich for their exemplary service in making sure their stay was comfortable and pleasant.

Over the years, we have experienced in the course of 25 years being in travel industry, similar events for at least 3 or 4 times, that is 3 or 4 times too much. I feel uncertain every time I leave a tour or traveling companion during their time of distress but knowing that they will be assisted, guided, and supported by their choice of Travel Protection Company, be it Travel Guard or Travel Insured is comforting.

My experience with these Travel Companies are great and I could only hope that I or anyone in our group will never ever need them but if we do, I’m sure their support team is ready to render their best.

First time trying San Diego’s best Japanese Restaurant in 2011, Wa Dining Okan.
Not happy, not impress! sukiyaki does not have noodles which is always a major ingredient of Sukiyaki, the tempura is greasy, texture and appearance is like a regular deep fried not tempura.
Mario’s special of the day is beef tongue in kettle with rice is just like fried rice with a couple of tiny bits of dark meat.
Not going back!

Thanks to a last minute Southwest staff who volunteered to take the place of the flight attendant who were stranded somewhere due to cancelled flights.
