Sonora Gardens Farmstead Properties We are located six miles south east of Nauvoo, Illinois. This is just an eight minute drive from downtown Nauvoo.

Our properties are located on a 165 acre grain farm. We have two properties and lots of wide open spaces. We offer accommodations to small families, couples and have wonderful honeymoon packages.

Starting in 2025, the town hall will offer guests the opportunity to enjoy simple meals on-site, providing a convenient way for guests to dine without having to leave the property. To make this possible, we will partner with local restaurants and local food artisans certified by the health department to provide “Stay and Bake” meals, enabling guests to relax, take in their surroundings, and spend more time on the farm if they choose to do so. This little upgrade will certainly add to our coffee bar and options for the guests!

And so it goes. Another guest book is ready to be filled. I'm saying goodbye to the old one, but will keep it for future guests to read. Part of me would love to go back to when I started this or any previous guest books. Life has a way of changing quickly. Here's to a great 2025 and many memorable times at Sonora Gardens Farmstead and the Town Hall Cottage. 🥰
