We are excited to share that Flaming Sunrise condo is now being managed by Navarre Beach Properties. The decision to no longer self manage came after much consideration. We love each and every one of our guests, but it’s time for Susan to start slowing down.

2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms both with King Beds, the living room offers a queen size pull out couch. All windows have room darkening curtains.

Bathrooms, Kitchen and living room have all been renovated in the past 2 years.

Our Story

Why Norman and Susan chose Navarre

We fell in love with Navarre Beach while on a business trip we then vacationed in Navarre multiple times. On one particular trip, we were lucky enough to find this condo for sale. It was love at first site! The proximity to the beach is wonderful for us and families that visit our condo. The community is so friendly with a homey feel due to the many permanent residents living here full time. I love that we can see the sun rise and set from the same beach! I often start my day sitting in the sand with a cup of coffee watching the sun rise. It’s a beautiful and peaceful activity that starts my day off right!

What makes this Condo unique

We have been managing the property since 2017 and can't wait to have you stay. The beds are super comfortable and we have installed room darkening curtains to ensure a nice dark room to sleep in! We absolutely love the boardwalk area to take walks or to bike ride. It’s an easy half mile walk to Juana's for one of their famous cinnamon buns! You will meet along the way many happy people walking their 4 legged friends; everyone is friendly! We are also a half mile from the Navarre fishing pier. We’re in a super location!
