We are only about a 10-15 minute drive from Louisville, Kentucky and its major attractions:

We are finally in the finishing stages of the complete remodel and will be showcasing Our Classic Townhouse Cottage first with The Black Ensemble soon to follow!

We will be offering this property two ways as it is a Duplex Townhouse

🌲The Pine Needles have ARRIVED!!! We're excited to finish repairing our tired concrete steps and finish the front landscape.💕 I've ran into pine needles as an alternative bedding for landscape and fell in love with it! Pine Needle Info: 🌲 Insulates the soil (I.e. ideal for ground covers, vegetable gardens, garden beds, flower beds, landscape beds, etc.) 🌲Ecologically sound, The pine trees naturally shed pine straw, making it highly inexpensive for numerous gardeners. 🌲 It doesn't hold moisture quite like regular wood mulch, which also helps prevent molding and attraction of other insects. 🌲During decomposition, it provides soil with calcium, phosphorus, and nitrogen. (It can make soil a little more acidic which is great from many plants, though double check your specific garden needs.) 🌲 Extremely easy and light to spread around than bark mulch or wood chips and no artificial dyes +chemicals #pineneedles #pineneedlemulch #landscaping #airbnbflip #airbnbremodel
