NYC & NJ to Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard via a Seastreak ferry!

(March 29, 2024) Seastreak will resume its seven-hour fast boat runs from New Jersey and New York City to Nantucket starting Memorial Day weekend, after canceling the service two of the last three years.

Departing from New Bedford, we’ll sail down the Acushnet River and through the New Bedford hurricane barrier into Buzzards Bay. Along the route you’ll see the Palmer Island lighthouse, first illuminated in 1849 during the golden age of the American whaling era, the remains of Fort Phoenix, which dates back to the Revolutionary War, various fish houses, and many more historic sites. 🐟

While cruising, enjoy a tasty brunch of tossed salad, fruit salad, scrambled eggs, bacon & sausage, home fried potatoes, rice, barbeque chicken, scrod Portuguese, and danishes!

For a limited time, Seastreak is offering inter-island service connecting Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard!

From April 20th to May 26th, you will be able to cruise between the islands while enjoying a drink from the bar and taking in the scenery from the top, open-air deck. The trip is only an hour long!

Then the inter-island service continues October 11th to January 1st! And don’t worry, inter-island travel will be available through between May 27th and October 10th!
