General information

I started this business in 2010 using my own homemade recipes right in my kitchen when I couldn't find any good biscotti to pair with my coffee. I was displeased and critical of all the biscotti I found at the super markets and knew I could do better. As I honed my recipes I slowly built clientele through word of mouth, friends and family and soon got the support of local cafes and coffee shops to sell my product. We are eager to expand our footprint in NC so more of you can try our biscotti. It has a great buttery, delicate crunch that is sure to please. As a chef of over ten years, and a Culinary Institute of America graduate, I won't settle for anything less than the best. We hope you enjoy and come back for seconds.
