Our Late Night Shopping on Thursdays Continues in 2024🛍🌙

Join us every Thursday evening in December to as Downtown New Bern lights up with festive decor, perfect for capturing holiday photos with Santa himself. Live music will also be featured in Bear Plaza while you stroll our wonderful downtown!

Santa’s magic is all around—you never know where he might appear to spread some jolly cheer! 🎅

The Community Tree Lighting will take place on Friday, November 29th at 6pm in Union Point Park in Downtown!

*We HIGHLY recommend arriving early as we will have entertainment for your enjoyment beginning at 5pm in the park with a block party beginning at 4pm on Middle Street - plus traffic can be congested across the drawbridge at times*

We notice that messages are sent to both Facebook & email for the same issue & that slows us down in helping everyone by doubling up on requests. Please only email the address above if something may be wrong.

Here’s a little reminder to help keep things jolly & smooth:

🧑‍🎄 TRIPLE-Check Your Email Address!
Before you get too excited, make sure your email address is typed correctly! If you received a confirmation email, then you’re all set & ready to go! If not, you might need to find a new time slot that’s still available.

🎅 Need to Cancel?
If you need to cancel a reservation, please do it directly through the confirmation email. Our elves are busy decking out Bear Plaza & other spots for the season, so they won’t be able to make cancellations for you.

⏰ Time is Ticking!
Our team is working hard to get everything ready before the 29th, & we want to make sure everyone gets their magical moment!

🎅Santa Experience Guidelines🎅

✨Arrival✨
•Please arrive **no more than 15 minutes before** your arrival time.
•Enter the waiting area upon arrival. Note that your reservation is an "arrival time" rather than a specific "appointment time," so there may be a short wait.

✨Visit with Santa✨
•Please allow some flexibility in appointment timing; we do our best to stay on schedule, but a magical experience can take time! We appreciate your patience and flexibility as our elves work hard to make this season special.
•Your time with Santa usually lasts **3-5 minutes** (depending on group size and visit details).
•After meeting Santa, review your photos with assistance from a Santa helper and finalize your purchase.
•Let us know if there's anything we can do to make your experience even more enjoyable!

✨Booking Tickets✨
•Pay Now, Decide Later: An $8 online reservation fee will apply toward your photo purchase.
•One Reservation Per Family: Only one reservation is needed per immediate family. Cousins or friends attending together should make separate reservations.
•Non-Transferable Tickets: Tickets are valid only for the specified date and time. Missed reservations may be accommodated based on availability.

*Adult Supervision: Children must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years)*

✨Changes, Cancellations & Refunds✨
•Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance via the link in your ticket email.
•We cannot accept cancellation requests via email or social media.
•Refunds are provided only with 24 hours' notice or if the event is canceled due to adverse weather. No refunds are given for non-attendance.

•If we must cancel the event, we will offer affected customers a new date (subject to availability) or a full refund.

While we’re tinkering away at the tech, here’s a sneak peek at Santa’s upcoming visits—plus, we’ve added a special weekday evening on Wednesdays for a quieter, more laid-back experience with the jolly old man himself! 🎅 *This is the perfect time for families who prefer a more peaceful visit with Santa, away from the hustle & bustle.*

We do sincerely apologize for the delay—our volunteers spent the weekend decking out Bear Plaza in its holiday finest to make sure everything is extra magical for you🎄!

🌟We want to make every moment just right for you & your loved ones, whether online or in person. So, please bear with us as we put the finishing touches on everything—& thank you for your patience & kindness as our elves work hard to make your visit unforgettable.🌟
