Our property offers two houses within about 100 yards of one another. Both houses have recently been updated and offer a comfortable setting to enjoy river activities or to venture on a short walk to the historic district of Grue

ne. While in Gruene you have shopping opportunities as well as restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues. Gruene has become a favorite hot spot in our great state of Texas. Not far away is the awesome water park, Schlitterbahn, which offers fun for all ages. We are located off the IH 35 corridor which lends itself to easy access to both San Antonio and Austin, each being only about 40 miles away. Come enjoy our little piece of heaven just above the rapids @ Gruene, TX.
