We’ve been back from Alaska for two days now…And we are unpacked, packed up again and back on the road (I am SO sick of doing laundry and packing). Early morning road trip to the cottage for the rest of the week. Looking forward to fireworks, some relaxation and lots of fun and sun ☀️

Finally got the first “real” snow of the season last night…with more to come!

Kind of hoping for a snow day tomorrow 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻 We’ll be flushing ice down the toilet, putting a white crayon on the windowsill and sleeping with a spoon under our pillows and with our jammies inside out tonight.

Happy new year 2024! 🎉

We ended 2023 with a few days at the cottage - Board game marathons, hiking the dunes, delicious bakery breakfasts, book store browsing and dinner in an igloo. Now we’re soaking up the last day of break back at home and already planning our next trip back.
